Maintaining an active lifestyle is something that has been part of me since I was very young and I believe it has made me a happier, healthier person. Certain health benefits and gains can come from anyone who is willing to give it what it takes and as a trainer I enjoy helping my clients of all fitness levels give it what it takes to live happier, healthier lives.
My Hobbies: Music and performance, sports (football, rugby, soccer, softball, tennis, ultimate Frisbee, racquetball, Hoover-ball, water-polo, bowling), cooking, bag-toss, ping-pong, foosball, hiking, canoeing, camping, kayaking, climbing, and the list continues...
